Refund Policy

Our digital services (search, certificates, data access) are considered to be provided immediately after activation and do not in principle give rise to reimbursement.
However, if a technical error or a malfunction of our system prevents the delivery of the service, EMERA PA SRL undertakes to find a solution: either a restoration of the service, or a credit note, or a refund on a case-by-case basis.
