Use of Certificate implies full acceptance of these general conditions:

1. Purpose: Certificate allows the search, verification and traceability of physical assets via their serial number.

2. Access to the service: The user agrees to provide accurate information and not to divert the service from its purpose.

3. Prices and payments: Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT, and are due immediately upon ordering.

4. Limitations: Certificate provides a verification and registration service based on its databases and partners, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of fraud or undetected forgery.

5. Liability: EMERA PA SRL cannot be held liable in the event of abusive or fraudulent use of data by a third party.

6. Applicable law: These conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
